Jury trials that arise from a case heard at Kane Branch Court will go to Courtroom 217 at the Judicial Center. Cases from various communities are heard in the Aurora and Elgin branch courts. The Aurora court hears cases from Aurora, North Aurora, Montgomery, Sugar Grove and the Fox Valley Park District.
Hours: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; closed weekends and court holidays Kane County Branch Court is in the same building as the Kane County Circuit Court Clerk's Office. Plenty of public parking is available.
