I'm not sure if it works for all servers but you can use /currentroom to see how who is present in the room. There's also /rooms to see how many rooms there are and how many people are there.

Real time is the time it would take for the gif to play once. I believe it depends on things like complexity, color depth and framerate (gif quality, essentially). This varies drastically between AO1 and AO2. Notably, the HD ones play a lot slower than they "should" in AO 1.x (compared to, say, a web browser). This has caused content creators to speed them up, which creates this gap.
Specifies how often a "blip" is played. 1 corresponds to 1 blip for every character and 2 makes it blip every two characters and so forth. Generally, higher blip_rate = rarer blips.
However, AO2 supports full DS resolution (256x192). To activate this, simply add "stand.png", "defensedesk.png" and "prosecutiondesk.png", all scaled to 256x192 to a background. AO2 will detect them and automatically expand the resolution. The background gs4 comes with these images. Use them as a template. If the background is AO2-compatible (read: contains stand.png, defensedesk.png and prosecutiondesk.png), the position of the chat bar and chat box are fetched from ao2_ic_chat_message and ao2_chatbox in courtroom_design.ini, respectively. If you make a new theme, keep this in mind.
Putting <preanim> = 0 in [Time] will make the gif play once at normal speed. (This is probably what you want)
Specifies if spaces should play blips (true) or not (false). When blip_rate is more than 1, it decides if spaces count towards the amount of characters needed for a blip. For example: "I'm fine" with blip_rate = 2 and blank_blip = true will play a blip at "I", "m", "i" and "e".
This mirrors all your character gifs, so any character can take defense or prosecution role. To enable, simply check the "flip" checkbox (the checkbox will not be present if the server does not support this feature).
Clicking "Reload theme" re-reads config.ini and reloads all images and element positions when you click it. However, there are two exceptions; emotes and evidence. Changing the width and height so more or less buttons appear will require rejoining the server to take effect.
The server will not work out of the box. You must follow these instructions.
For servers that are intended to run for an extended period of time, Linux is recommended. Linux distros have a significantly more consistent and sane environment compared to Windows and macOS.
This server is licensed under the AGPLv3 license. In short, if you use a modified version of tsuserver3, you must distribute its source licensed under the AGPLv3 as well, and notify your users where the modified source may be found. The main difference between the AGPL and the GPL is that for the AGPL, network use counts as distribution.
