level 1. cleanspace. · 2 yr. ago. I've worked with them in the past. They sure spam you a lot, but they actually seemed to do recruitment work like any other recruiter really. Their communication felt a bit more automated than other recruiters though. Ultimately, they didn't try to scam me out of money or anything. 1.

[BCG Attorney Search is] proactive, helpful, and timely. The best legal recruiter I've worked with. You are a great recruiting firm that actually seems interested in helping me find a job and not just filling a current vacancy.

As opposed to their experience, a good legal recruiter should be knowledgeable, focused, responsive, dedicated, reputable and trustworthy. Determining how good a recruiter is at their job isn't easy, but we've provided several ways you can screen them.Jan 28, 2020

From the website they say " We give you an electronic MPEP that tracks the electronic MPEP you will use on the actual Exam. " but I see no mention of a physical binder. Is this true because I see a lot of people saying they are reselling a physical binder.
I recently started an internship in-house, where I’ve been working on applications for computer chips, firewalls, processors, memory etc. This is not my background but so far I have been able to get by. Are there any books or video series out there that do a good job of teaching the basics of computer architecture?
Tried studying for the PTO exam with some off-brand textbooks from Amazon and ended up a few points short of passing. I want to try again after taking the PLI course, but was wondering if there were any like-minded individuals here who were interested in teaming up for the group discount.
So I'm an Engineering student, interested in becoming a patent attorney and the way I understand it, both Agents and Attorneys, must have a STEM undergrad, go to law school for 3 years and pass the Patent BAR exam.
I currently work in a data science position within the auto industry, and have been considering a career in patent law (or soft IP) for a few months now. I live in the Chicago area, and have access to quite a few law schools that have either part time programs, evening programs, or both.
What does a typical prosecution career path look like for an associate at a medium- or large-sized firm look like?
There’s 12 months after publication where we’re allowed to file a provisional.
In a long, rambling screed, a top legal recruiter shares his views on why minorities fail in law and it's... something.
A legal recruiter pens a fantastic screed explaining the virtues of keeping your mouth shut if you're not a straight white guy.
Work-life balance is important because it keeps us happy, healthy, and prevents small problems from becoming big ones.
What gotten into this guy's bonnet? He pretty much thinks all you people are whining crybabies and he's going to tell you so.
BCG Attorney Search CEO, Harrison Barnes, unintentionally demonstrates all the reasons he shouldn't be in the hiring business.
One thing that has been left out but is the most obvious point is that Barnes probably got slammed on this one because the complaint that he broadcast on his own website was embarassing. Anyone with any knowedge of how these things work woud notice right away that Paul Berra drafted something that never really stated a cause of action. On top of that he asked for ten million dollars in damages and that alone would probably predispose the court to look at it as amateur and not entirely serious. It seems that Barnes constantly bragged about some great lawsuit to a lot of people both inside and outside his companies and based upon a story from American Maestro even tried to use his wife and family as excuses as to why he brought the case. It all looks like Harrison Barnes was just trying to come off to people looking like a tough guy and that was more important than the merits of his case and how to address the legitimate shortcomings of his company services. It is obvious that his unduly large but very thin ego was more the issue than trying to win a valid legal claim.
It takes a singular sort of person to come up with what Harrison has come up with. First, he starts a legal recruiting company called BCG Attorney Search. He did not like recruiting, so he decided to go with a passive model and spend a lot of money on advertising to bring in candidates.
Many law firms, medium and small firms, (especially in this challenging economy) are seeking to find attorneys directly rather than using the services of a recruiter. Legal Authority customizes and improves an attorney's resume and cover letter and prints them according to your search criteria.
