Feb 01, 2020 · Add an Attorney or Staff Person to your account. Click Settings at the top. Then click Manage Users on the left menu. Click the Add Attorney or Add Support Staff link on the right hand side. When adding an attorney, enter their Bar ID, Name, and Email, and then click the Save button. NOTE: Only enter email address if you want the attorney added as a user.
Other Attorneys/Interested Parties A filer may add Other Attorneys or interested Parties to receive e-service of documents filed to this case. To add Other Attorneys or Interested Parties, click on the Add Other Attorney/Interested Party link in the Other Attorneys/Interested Parties section of the E-Service page as shown below.
Dec 03, 2021 · To add an attorney to your firm please follow these steps: At the Dashboard, click on the 3 horizontal lines at the top left of the screen. Click on Firm Attorneys. On the right side of the screen, click the +ADD ATTORNEY. Enter in the fields for Bar Number, First Name, and Last Name. Click Save once all fields are entered.

Scroll down to locate "Join My Firm" and click on the icon that looks like an "Envelope". This will open up your email so that you can send a link to all the parties that you would like to invite to join your firm.
In order to file a document electronically, as an attorney or a self-represented (pro se) litigant, it is necessary to register as a filing user on the NYSCEF page. When you file a claim electronically, it will be necessary to pay the $50.00 filing fee via credit card, or in person at the Clerk's office.
You can e-file from any computer. You do not have to go to the courthouse to file your court papers. You have until midnight on the day your filing is due to e-file (instead of 4:00 p.m. for delivery to the Clerk's Office for paper filings). You do not need to mail paper copies to the court or other parties.

A certificate of service must be signed by the person who made the service and must state: (1) the date and manner of service; (2) the name and address of each person served; and (3) if the person served is a party's attorney, the name of the party represented by that attorney.

Select your EDDS Court from the “Court” drop-down Menu and the appropriate “User Group.” You may use “Sort By” option to group all your Stipulations and Consent to E-File together. Click on “Approve Document” to begin to process the document. Click on the Document “Stipulation and Consent to E-Filing.”
In addition, some Forms 1040, 1040-A, 1040-EZ, and 1041 cannot be e-filed if they have attached forms, schedules, or documents that IRS does not accept electronically.
Returns can't be e-filed if they: Contain overrides. Have no taxable income. Contain a W-2 where box 1 is blank or the box 16 amount is greater than the box 1 amount.
