You should advise the trustees office of your efforts and plans. As long as there has not been a hearing set on the matter, the contact with the trustees offices with a solid plan for compliance should be all the resolution that you need. Make sure that you understand the BOS before you submit them. They will be filed under penalty of perjury.

You should file all of the required business operating reports as soon as possible. That will likely solve any problems that you have with the judge or the Trustee.
