Our auto accident occurred 6/2018. We have experienced nothing but apathy, rudeness and total ignorance. We have been passed around from one attorney to another, do not have updates and never speak to anyone who will return our phone calls, e-mails.

My son was killed by a truck driver and the driver was charged with a hit and run. I hired ken Nugent law firm last year, they didn't keep in touch. Theybtook forever to contact me. Long story short , I did everything they asked of me for them to turn around several months later that they could not represent me.

Very Disappointed

I called and had to explain my case 3 times to a lady that did not speak very good English. About an hour later an attorney called and had the entire accident wrong. After explaining in detail for the 4th time he sounded very unhelpful. I chose another law firm and after the 1st time they had it right. One call and that’s all that I needed.
