Help with faketik after system transfer

I received my n3ds the other day and I did a system transfer of every game from my o3ds to my n3ds.

Unable to get "illusion of Gaia" (SNES) game to work

I know it's a bit of a long shot but I'm trying to get illusion of gaia to work and just that game specifically. I have tried several different roms from different websites and tried both emulators through the twilight menu and injecting the game in cia format.

CIA inspection tool?

I'm wondering if there is any kind of tool I can use to inspect .CIA files to view details on the files (most importantly region)? Or maybe for update or DLC files, more details on the exact version, so I can look up if it is actually the latest one? (Not sure if that's possible to retrieve from the CIA file contents).

Changing TitleID of CIA file

I'm trying to install 4 different CIA versions of same rom to 3DS, however, 3 have the same TitleID and keep writing over each other. I've tried using HackingToolkit9DS but can never rebuild the CIA properly.
