Data released Friday by the ABA Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar shows that 88.57 percent of all 2016 law graduates who sat for a bar exam within two years of graduating passed it.
Accreditation. Nashville School of Law is approved by the Tennessee Board of Law Examiners and graduates may take the bar examination and practice law in the State of Tennessee. The school is not, however, accredited by the American Bar Association.

In my experience it's not too difficult to find a job straight out of law school as long as you built up your resume during law school (I.e. internships, relevant legal jobs, etc.). Any decent law school will have ample opportunities through the career services center.

Tennessee trial lawyers have become very familiar with Supreme Court Rule 31 which regulates the training and exercise of state court related mediation. However, the mediation skill set also has demonstrated great value in leading others in organizational settings.

My grandfather taught there for 32 years I believe. It is not a bad school in that you are going to be taught by practicing attorneys and judges. The reason for the lack of ABA accreditation stems from the fact that the board has consistently refused to institute a full time program, instead focusing soley on the working adults.
I'm pretty sure you can't get reciprocity because the Nashville School of Law isn't ABA Acred. Pretty sure NSL is only good for working in TN, and it isn't very good at that either.
