Lifers obsessed with petty grievances

Extremely provincial mindset. Folks spend more time calculating their PTO than doing anything that matters. Vicious backbiting. No sense of public service.

This review is for the VAP only. DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS JOB. I needed therapy being chewed out and spit out of the program. Most of the Coordinators working here are temps with little benefits. There is very little room for advancement. On average, only 1 person is promoted to permanent civil service status a year.
