Just my experience, but I’ve been with two Big 4 firms both internally and in Advisory, and the expectation has always been 40-45 hours during normal times, and like 50-55 (maybeeee 60) during our busiest times. 100+ hour weeks are for investment bankers, if you’re working those hours anyway then go and get a better paycheck for the work!
