United States Air Force tasked Hale to replace comatose Glenn Talbot as the Brigadier General. As Daisy Johnson had been seen to be the one to have shot Talbot, Hale ordered that all S. H. I. E. L. D. agents be arrested.

William Pelham Barr (born May 23, 1950) is an American attorney who served as the 77th and 85th United States attorney general in the administrations of Presidents George H. W. Bush and Donald Trump. New York City, U.S. From 1971 to 1977, Barr was employed by the Central Intelligence Agency.
Since the Michigan Constitution of 1963 was adopted, the attorney general has served a term of four years. The officeholder is also limited to two terms, for a total of eight possible years of service; ten possible years of service if the officeholder serves two full terms and less than half of one term as a replacement.

John Ricord served as the first Attorney General of Hawaii. He arrived in the Kingdom on February 27, 1844, on the Columbia. He was the first Western-trained lawyer in the islands. The previous year a land dispute by Richard Charlton led to a British occupation known as the Paulet Affair.

He attended Northeastern University School of Law in the evenings, continuing to work days as a clerk for the New Haven Railroad and for the Curtis Publishing Company in Cambridge. Allan Hale graduated from Northeastern in 1939, and was admitted to the bar in 1940.
As Judge Hale later told the Boston Globe, "My job was to review the cases of hundreds of persons who had been held at the hospital longer than the maximum sentence for the criminal charge against them. Many of them had never been brought to trial, just sent to the hospital for 30 days and forgotten.".
They were married on June 7, 1941. By that time Allan Hale had set up his own law office on North Main Street in Middleborough, not far from the courthouse. However, the United States was soon at war, and the young lawyer joined the Coast Guard as a lieutenant in 1942, serving until 1946.
After a long illness, he died in Wareham at the age of eighty-three on November 1, 1997. Judge Hale enjoyed life beyond his work as a lawyer and judge. He was an avid sailor and pilot. He obtained his private pilot's license in 1955, and continued to fly well into his seventies.
Above all, Judge Hale was a family man. Allan and Barbara Hale were the parents of three children, all of whom are lawyers: daughter Judith Hale Norris, and sons Douglas and Laurence Hale. And they were the delighted grandparents of six grandchildren.

Every morning, Hale would awake within the HYDRA Preparatory Academy where she would put on her uniform and greet the dog she had been given to train, with the knowledge that she would be expected to kill the dog to prove this was not a weakness.

Following the death of Whitehall, Hale continued having Ruby trained for leadership at the HYDRA Preparatory Academy where Ruby had proved herself to be an exceptional student, being knowledgeable in the classroom as well as being a formidable opponent in physical training.
When Steger had aggressively grabbed ahold of Ruby's arm and insisted that following these rules gave their life control and survival, Hale responde d by shooting Steger dead in front of the horrified Ruby. With Steger dead, Hale then calmly informed Ruby that now they alone were the final surviving members of HYDRA.
