Pros: The building and decor are nice. There was pre-covid happy hours. You have great co-workers. They managed COVID really well! Great benefits . Equity partners try their best to listen to concerns and requests.

BAL is not great place to start your early career. You don’t want to get an idea that all firms are like this. They will overwork you regularly especially during the H-1B CAP season. I remember I used to leave at around 9 pm - 10 pm. No appreciation from the upper management. It’s like this is somewhat a normal routine which isn’t. But I did make good friends while working here. They still have a lot to fix.

With training system, it is extremely hard to gain confidence in your skills and job performance. BAL was a fun place to work and it was always busy. Just beware of the Facilities lady. She talks bad about everyone, including her own supervisors & CEO's. She lies and has been known to threaten her help. She does not like manual labor and forces her assistance to do most of the work, they don't last long due to her demeanor. She takes long lunches & adjusts her time. She does not respect the employees. All other employees in other departments are very nice, respectful and easy to get along with. They are helpful and generous.
