The Appellate Division, First Department offers free CLE lectures for all current members of the Assigned Counsel Plan for the First and Second Departments. You must submit an attorney affirmation and evaluation if you wish to receive a certificate of attendance for any CLE program.

Attorneys must also provide a copy of their panel acceptance letter to be enrolled as vendors with the City of New York.
