Daniel Q. Herbert is a Chicago attorney who has been recognized for his accomplishments in the courtroom by multiple distinguished organizations. Born and raised on Chicago’s Northside, Dan followed in his father’s footsteps, becoming a Chicago police officer and working as a member of the Chicago Police Department for nearly ten years.

Kelly A. Krauchun

As an associate for the firm, Kelly practices primarily in the areas of labor and employment law, administrative law and family law. She also has extensive knowledge in school law, with a particular focus on representing families and students who have experienced misconduct in schools.
