Brooklyn DA Eric Gonzalez said in a statement that the attorney, 67-year-old Antoni Moszczynski of Madison, New Jersey, was arraigned on one count of second-degree grand larceny. Moszczynski, who has an office in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, was released without bail and was ordered to return to court on June 29, the DA’s office said.
