Jan 07, 2016 · There are three ways this can end! First, you can stay silent twice. When this happens, Cocorico is killed and Falcon leaves. This puts you into Case 4a. Second, you can speak up and start a trial, to see if Cocorico killed the Croque-Monsieur. If you win the trial, this puts you into Case 4b. If you lose the trial, this puts you into Case 4c.

If you fail to secure a Not Guilty verdict for Caterline Demiaou, she never confesses that she's the real killer and is executed. Falcon spends the next day drinking at Canard Joyeux not because he still believes in her innocence, not because Rorgeuil was convicted and set to be executed instead. In Falcon's dream after being thrown in the Seine, she asks him "Why did you fail me?" If you go to the Chateau during Chapter Three and speak to Couline, she'll say that the Baron is capable of managing the household on his own instead of saying she's leaving with him being gone now. In ending 4A, if Caterline was executed instead of Rorgeuil, the Viridian Killer blows him up instead and Beaumort is charged with his murder instead of Caterline's. Everything else about 4A stays the same.
Falcon shows up late to the Aviary Attorney office and receives a letter from Seigneur Purrtoir Demiaou asking for legal help for his daughter, Dame Caterline, wrongly accused of murder. Your assistant, Sparrowson, asks if you'll be taking the case. If you respond "Of course!" you will proceed to La Conciergerie, the prison where Caterline Demiaou is being held. If you choose "Nope" Sparrowson will challenge you to a game of Jacques-noir (Blackjack) where you try to get closer to 21 when drawing cards than the dealer. Sparrowson will always win, and you'll head over to La Conciergerie anyway.
She lets all three of you go free, and has Pierro and Fontaine guide you out. Beaumort stays behind to get the truth out of the wolf brothers. They want a world without class or religion, where only reason reigns, like Beaumort's rebellion, but they believe it's only achievable with violence.
The catacombs are pitch-black and you can't see where you're going. Whatever path you choose to follow, you end up in a lit room where the lionness Beaumort is trying to get information out of Séverin, who they caught spying on the rebellion. But Beaumort has her own grudge as her father stole some vegetables to feed her and was sentenced to prison by Séverin, where he died. Just as she's about to declare him guilty, you have the option to speak up or stay silent.
Note: if you failed to get a Not Guilty verdict during the first trial and continued playing, Baron Rorgeuil takes the place of Caterline during the fourth act. Everything else remains the same.
Present Judge Romulus from the Face Book, and Lander will tell you Romulus did buy a bunch of chocolate and provided his own special filling. He gives you Romulus 's chocolate receipt to keep, which is signed in green ink.
Major Howl, a royal guard, took the rose instead and died immediately after pricking his finger. He obtained the rose from a flower seller named Cygne. The poisoned rose is added to your evidence folder. Juan also says he's in Paris on a diplomatic mission, due to arguments about who is to take the throne in Spain.
An Arm and a Leg: He is missing either his left or both his hands (it's never stated if his right hand is missing or if he keeps it tucked inside his sleeve). This becomes a plot point when he's framed for murder in 4C and a left handprint is found on the body.
A successful and pompous public prosecutor. Seems to have a love of philosophy and a hobby of humiliating Falcon. The Atoner: Formerly an Amoral Attorney, he's now devoted to justice. Badass Bookworm: A peerless prosecutor, more than capable of holding his own in a fight, and can quote Voltaire from memory.
Kleptomaniac Hero: Constantly grabbing trash and robbing witness, much to Falcon's bafflement. Lonely at the Top: Downplayed in 4A. Sparrowson's finally a lawyer instead of an assistant and a drop-out, but without Falcon by his side, he's not sure what to do with himself.
Judge Maxime is known for being attentive and even-handed. Accidental Misnaming: Can't be bothered to remember Sparrowson's name. Identity Amnesia: Believed he was an accountant for a short time after getting pushed into the Sienne. Put on a Bus: Vanishes after the first case due to "falling down the stairs".
And in keeping with Quierdo's role, it is a stereotypically Spanish piece of music written by a Frenchman.
Honor Before Reason: He views helping Falcon arrest King Louie as this, but he can't help but go along with it out of guilt. He also refuses to shoot first on Falcon in 4A , despite believing him to be the Viridian Killer and being in a duel with the guy that he has no interest in being in.
Aviary Attorney is an Adventure Game about 19th-century Parisian lawyers…who happen to be birds. The game's art is based on the lithographs of 19th-century French artist J.J. Grandville, who was known for his caricatures of anthropomorphic animals. The soundtrack consists of music by Camille Saint-Saëns and some of his contemporaries ...
Developed by newly-formed British team Sketchy Logic, Aviary Attorney was funded by a 2014-15 Kickstarter campaign and released on Steam in December 2015. Advertisement:
Gameplay is similar to that of the Ace Attorney series: you guide defense attorney Jayjay Falcon and his assistant Sparrowson through investigations of crime scenes and conversations with witnesses, gathering evidence that you can use while cross-examining witnesses in a trial phase.
The Viridian Killer is actually two people, Judge Romulus and Frère Remus, and they’re manipulating Beaumont to seize power for themselves. There’s also Dame Caterline Demiaou, who is actually the culprit of the first case. She and the Viridian Killers are the game’s only culprits.
Other characters' names are based on, but not identical to, their species names: Eric Porc the porcupine, Rupert Rabbington the rabbit, and Sparrowson the…sparrow. Then there's Séverin Cocorico the rooster, and the Demiaou family (who are cats).
Bait-and-Switch Comment: Seigneur Purrtoir set out to hire the best lawyers in town to defend his daughter — but they weren't available at such short notice, so he hired Falcon and Sparrowson because "Aviary Attorney" was first in the directory.
Golden Ending: 4B, "Égalité". The king escapes, the conspirators are the only casualties of the revolution, and their plot to turn it violent is foiled. Cocorico and Volerti vow to make up for their past misdeeds, and Beaumort plays an important part in the Second Republic. Paris is at peace, for now.
After Cykes' Psyche-Locks are broken, if Wright fails to answer any of the forced questions, Aura stops the trial and demand that Cykes be handed over to her in exchange for the hostages. Wright never hears from either of them again.
Doing so will finger Ema Skye as the murderer of Neil Marshall, and Lana Skye will be found guilty for the murder of Bruce Goodman, her motive being to cover up her sister's actions.
After the fourth argument, Portsman tells Edgeworth that he knows that Miles would love to pin the murder on him, remarking it's a swing and a miss.
Edgeworth is then handed over to the police upon landing. While in the lounge, during the Beginning chapter, Edgeworth begs Lablanc for more time, but he refuses to grant it. Teneiro reports to the captain about Edgeworth's lack of progress, and Edgeworth is delivered to the police upon landing.
During the first argument, Portsman arrests Gumshoe for the murder, with Edgeworth unable to do anything but watch helplessly. While in Edgeworth's office at any point from the second argument to the fourth argument, Portsman arrests Byrde, proclaiming his victory to "Jim's" soul.
After Faraday has been cleared, but before Butz has, Lang quotes Lang Zi's "Expect everything from a criminal", as all their actions are suspicious, before proclaiming Butz to be overly so. Despite Butz's protests, Lang arrests him before telling Edgeworth he had hoped that he would have kept him entertained.
While in the lounge, after Franziska arrives, she brings the investigation to a halt. Despite protests from both himself and Gumshoe, Edgeworth is arrested on the spot. While in the Flight Attendants' Room, Franziska takes Teneiro into custody as a "valuable witness".
