Sep 21, 2020 · Legal advice on Child support arrears in North Carolina. Why don't they let my husband out of jail. He was locked up August 19 and went to court September 15. I haven't heard from him h. After 9 to 10 years ago they locked my husband up for back child support. He was staying at his ex house at the time.
